4. Ownership

5. Term and Termination

  • Termination by User: The User may terminate the license by discontinuing use of the Content and deleting all copies in their possession.
  • Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Content and delete or destroy all copies.

6. User Obligations

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Indemnification
